I am Kerry and I am a Western Australian artist, grandma and writer.

My focus is on encouraging everyone to look at 'waste' resources in a new way. And that's what I do in my own art practice. I use paper and textile waste from other artists and companies and combine it with other materials.

My works feature paper mosaic, stitched paper, collage, paints, inks, textile overlays and printing techniques t o produce works that tell a story... stories about ideas big and small, stories about people and place, stories about my life and the things that matter to me.

I have been battling with grief since 2020 when I lost the last of my family, my mum and little sister, both within 9 months of each other. The impact of that grief and my struggles with it are now being channeled into new works which I hope will resonate with others. But I'm not quite ready to share them yet. They touch a piece of my heart that is still tender.

In the meantime, this site is currently being reviewed and will soon be replaced by a new website. ​Until it goes live you can stay connected and see newer works and what I'm up to in the studio via Facebook and Instagram.
